Strategic Sustainability
Since my first job, I have infused sustainability strategy in every role. Sometimes that sustainability meant focusing on the environmental impact, as has become a common discussion. Still, it supported organizations as they sought fiscal or social sustainability within their business, employees, or community. While my background started in the built environment through project management, it was the dozens of companies that I consulted where I saw gaps in true operational sustainability.
I have since begun developing a sustainability strategy that will allow organizations to realize true sustainability that is tangible and applicable to their business or focus. This guidance will open the door to gaining a competitive advantage or investment interest that will set them apart from others in the marketplace.
