Tenant Improvement Project: Landlord Represented

Project Summary: This project was a smaller Tenant Improvement project, however it was very intricately designed as KDG created dramatically unique spaces for each room. When the project was priced with the client’s standards and the premium of Denver’s market demands, we worked closely as a team to find opportunity to save on material and installation cost, while maintaining the highest quality throughout the space. This was truly a team effort, and everyone’s creativity, flexibility, and willingness to do what was right for the success of the project was the reason for a beautiful finished product.
