ABOUT ME — Kayle DiCicco*
*Pronunciation Guide: Kayle - /kāl/ (like the vegetable) DiCicco - /dee-cheek-oh/
I have over 17 years of experience leading teams from concept to completion. What started as construction management has evolved to working with business executives to define and deliver on goals beyond their physical space. Whether considering social, environmental, or financial strategies, I can create and implement a unique plan for your business and employee population.
“Sustainability” is an important life choice that I continue to define each day. I believe in the value of work-life balance to remain engaged with my husband, Jervis, and two kids, Wyatt and Cody. They are the most important pieces of me, and they push me to strive for “better” every day - for that, I am grateful.
As a product of a large family where chaos was a natural state for much of my childhood, it is no wonder that that experience elicited my passion for establishing processes. Simple tasks were complicated by the sheer number of so many humans constantly needing different levels of attention and all equally valid in their needs. Whether in navigating family or business, it is clear that I find comfort in working with organizations as they are complicated organisms in their own right.
My passion for efficiency is also married to my love of endurance running and being outdoors; the more efficiently I expend energy, the longer I can spend outside.
