Tenant Improvement Project: Tenant Represented

Project Summary: I represented Holmes Murphy in the design, construction, and relocation of their office staff. Holmes Murphy is a national client that has a lot of branding standards already established; while this is advantageous in the finish selections, the programming, layout and design was flexible in allowing this office to identify themselves as the Colorado location. This was highlighted in the large barn wood doors, burning their logo at the entrance, selection of lighting, and detailing of raw and natural materials throughout. One unique element to this project was their desire to do things right the first time, and really embrace the raw elements that the space had to offer — this proved to be both a cost effective and sustainable approach to the project.
